In the past property had to be exchanged manually using paper, PEXA’s digital technology revolutionised this process lessening the processing time and allowing your property to be settled sooner.
We will manage your property sale or purchase in a digital PEXA workspace. As a buyer and seller, you can securely receive and share bank account details with your lawyer or conveyancer.
Both lawyers and licensed settlement agents can assist with property settlements in Western Australia. However, engaging a lawyer for your property settlement offers the added benefit of legal expertise alongside the practical management of the transaction.
Qualified legal practitioners can assist with the conveyancing process while also advising on the legal rights, obligations and risks arising from your property transaction. This includes reviewing and explaining contractual terms, identifying potential legal issues, advising on settlement risks and helping address disputes or complications that may arise. A settlement agent generally focuses on the administrative and procedural aspects of conveyancing, whereas a lawyer can provide legal advice within the scope of their expertise and authority.
At VO Legal, we combine professional legal knowledge with practical property settlement services to help you navigate your transaction with greater clarity, confidence and peace of mind.
